Spinal Adjustment
We utilize a variety of chiropractic techniques in our office. We use traditional manual spinal adjustments as well many modern and low-force chiropractic techniques. These techniques include: gentle instrument adjusting using the Activator and Neuromechanical Impulse adjusting tools, and Thompson Drop adjusting with low force table drops. We also offer different manual and low-force extremity techniques. These help restore function to upper and lower extremity joints including the hands, wrists, elbows, shoulders, knees, hips, feet and ankles.
Massage Therapy
Our therapists provide an array of therapeutic and relaxation massages to meet your specific needs. These massage techniques include: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Cranial-sacral, Sports Therapy, Hot Stone, Reflexology, Pre-natal, Lymphatic, Toe Reading and many more.
Acupuncture

Physical Therapy
We incorporate physical therapy procedures to restore balance and function, not only the spine and nerve system, but to extremity joints as well. Our specific postural correction plans help to restore proper structure to the spine. Stretching and strengthening exercises, and rebalancing of the joints, are a crucial part in the healing process and are required for true healing.

Chiropractic care and breech deliveries
Dr. Kori Sprintz is certified in Webster Technique. Webster Technique a specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment which enables us to establish balance in the pregnant woman's pelvis and reduce undue stress to her uterus and supporting ligaments. This balanced state in the pelvis makes it easier for a breech baby to turn naturally. The Webster Technique is extremely safe, gentle and effective.
Establishing pelvic balance and alignment is another reason to obtain chiropractic care during pregnancy. When the pelvis is misaligned it may reduce the amount of room available for the developing baby. This restriction is called intrauterine constraint. A misaligned pelvis may also make it difficult for the baby to get into the best possible position for delivery.
